Transport
If you need transport to get around whilst in Spain, you should consider car-hire since perversely it can prove cheaper than the one-way taxi fare from the airport. See our LINKS page for car hire option at both Alicante and Valencia. You can book in advance or hire when you arrive but if you're not sure, it isn't difficult to arrange once you're here. From Valencia there is an excellent public transport system of trains and buses. It is worth investigating these if you don't want to drive in Spain and then at least if you arrive somewhere at close to Gandia, such as Xativa for example, getting a taxi or a lift will be much easier.
We can sometimes arrange for transfers to and/or from either Alicante or Valencia airport. This is strictly by prior arrangement and is entirely dependent on other commitments. We charge for this service so visitors are strongly advised to arrange for their own transport whilst on holiday.
If you really do need this service please inquire at time of booking as we will be unable to arrange it at short notice.

We don't keep office hours so feel free to contact us at any time but remember that we sleep sometimes and our time is one hour later than UK time... Thank you!
For great car hire at low prices you can book online and have a car waiting when you land at the airport. Having used Amigo a few times I can recommend them.
